Feels very much like some kind of RPG / Third-person shooter hybrid. It seems like when the player takes on enemies, it's in kind of a closed-off 'arena', but otherwise, he's running around an empty field...? Hard to say.

Anyway, it's looking pretty cool. I'm a fan of LP1, Colonies, and LP2, but I'm not really excited with the way LP3's turning out. Hopefully this will be closer to a 'real' Lost Planet game.

Haven't played the game or anything - it's just the vibes I got from the videos. I wish they kept the grappling action from the previous games - both LP3 and this seem to be opting for pre-placed grappling points...
