The online version is slightly trimmed, with no unlockable disguises or challenges to increase your score-multipliers, but the core game is there including the new level from the mobile version.   For the most phone, you'll have to try the mobile version on either Android or iOS.

I will tell that I love every orange pixel game :D. And this is not an exception. It reminds me Bomb Jack, but all the people would make the comparison with Super Crate Box.
