I'm not seeing many C# implementations of the Speex library. It doesn't seem to work with Fmod at the current moment, so I'm scratching my head here. It seems more appropriate than OGG, because it only allows human voice frequencies (Forget games with Space Aliens? :D ).. I'm looking. If I find anything I'll make sure to post it for someone else who may need it,I guess.
