paul can barely do a push up and regards doing 30 push ups as some kind of impossible dream. wrong on push ups. wrong for america.
that's an exaggeration; what i said was that i do 100 push-ups in a day in sets of 3-6, instead of all at once, because what matters is the amount of work one does, not how tired one gets from it "it's usually within an hour or less" is what Paul says" which then holds truth. if it was over a full day it'd be hella dumb

exercise, of all descriptions, is cool as hell. but if youve never completed a road race, or injured yourself playing sports, or swallowed your own vomit during a workout, or fallen down the stairs at the gym because your legs werent able to support you during eccentric after doing insanely cool squats, then get out of my face.
Bro, you should have seen some of the squats I was doing last night.

A 100-pound, solid iron barbell, hefted over my shoulders and behind my neck, in the image of Atlas himself. Competing with the gravitational force of the entire world, I powered it into the air like I was some sort of strong dude. Once. Twice. Three times. I don't even remember how many. But it was a lot. With each repetition, my gluteus muscles bulging and my quadriceps flexing with untold power, I would raise the barbell high into the air, only to bring it back down to rest on my clavicle, wrists bent back like Samantha Wright. And then I did some Indian squats to cool down.
