I've been working on a new type of indie game bundle site (www.indiegamebundle.com - not live yet) for months and we finally have our developer portal up and running and we're looking for feedback. At its most basic the site is a way of promoting indie games with pay-what-you-want sales which are held for a four days at a time.

I'm looking for anyone interested in poking around in our developer portal and testing out our screenshot manager, video uploader, game file manager, etc. We're looking to be an awesome Open solution for every game developer to get a chance to feature their game and be involved in a bundle.

You can see a mockup of the homepage here:

If you're interested in getting access to the developer's backend, PM me and I'll get you setup. Feel free to ask questions too Beer!

Anyone interested can check out our Beta site at: http://beta.indiegamebundle.com

If you're interested in testing out the developer portal, PM me your user name and I'll set you up in the backend so that you can give us feedback.

I took a look at the site, looks cool! I'd love to get involved with my game Amp, Watts & Circuit!

Yep, I got it.  I sent you instructions to get setup in the developer portal.  Gemini Wars looks perfect for this!

Are you taking a cut out of the profits? Or is it more like Indievania?

The standard cut that we ask for is only 20%.  We ask that 10% goes to charity and the rest 70% goes to the developer.

You can now provide feedback and ask questions at http://support.indiegamebundle.com
and follow development at http://blog.indiegamebundle.com

Took a look at the site and it's something I might want to get involved in soon(ish). I do have a problem , or rather a concern about this "We ask that 10% goes to charity" do you or the developer choose the charity. I really have a thing about giving money to an unspecified charity.

edited because I used "sight" instead of site.

The developer absolutely picks the charity.  Let me know when you want a look at the dev portal.

I sent an email. Hopefully by the time my game, Super Ubi Land is finished, the site will be complete.

My partner and I are always looking for distribution opportunities, and we'd be glad to see another portal get off the ground.  I'm more than glad to do a little Q&A for you if you're still looking for volunteers!
