[Charybdis]

I am looking for the name of a game I used to play when I was a kid. It was a public domain amiga game. A dungeon master type game, but set on a space station. It had very simple graphics, very few colours, and aliens would pop out now and again.
I cant for the life of me remember the name, and I have searched a lot, but it was such a minor game, free with a magazine I think.
Can anyone help.

That Albion game looks great, I'll definitely have to check it out.
And the colony looks very close in terms of visuals, but that is proper 3D. The game I have in mind used a 2D engine like this:

Sometimes it's called a dungeon crawl game, but that can also apply to ascii roguelikes and other non-first-person games.

There's this game that I can't remember the name of, but you're trapped on a spaceship and you have to get off. It's got an engine similar to Dungeon Master's and I think this is the game you're talking about. I'll remember the name!!

Yeah, trapped on a spaceship, that sounds about right. Was it an amiga game you are thinking of? Those games you linked to are very close to the game I remember, but I remember the graphics very very minimal.
That spacewrecked game is the closest. I didn't know about those games.

On another note, is there any artist on this forum who has worked on this type of game? I was thinking about making one for my next game.
