I just seen the post on Newgrounds, ('cause that be where I tend to lurk.) And I must say, after watching the trailer I'm really excited to play this game! I'm having a wee blast on the other ones too that have been uploaded on NG.
Trailer looks good, gameplay looks good the graphics look good, it's going to be good. More than good. It looks fun to play as well.

The trailer looks fantastic! Any details on a release date and pricing, etc.? Just a few quick thoughts: - have you considered changing the "Ammo +x" animation? It seems out of place to me...have you tried having the text just rise above the player's head? - it might just be because I watched the video in low res (slow connection), but there didn't seem to be much in the way of feedback when enemies were struck? Other than that, the game looks splendiferous

Yeah, might look for some alternatives, both for that and other messages that pop up on screen. - it might just be because I watched the video in low res (slow connection), but there didn't seem to be much in the way of feedback when enemies were struck?
There's knockback, and a sound effect (which wasn't in the trailer), plus screen shake when the enemy is killed. But that reminds me that I should also add in sprite flashing.

Hey, I'll need a few testers. If you're interested, send me your email address and I'll send you a FGL fan account. (Alternatively, if you are on FGL already with at least one approved game, just click here: https://www.fgl.com/view_game.php?from=dev&game_id=27849 )

Been spending much of the day playing through the game and fixing issues I ran into. I also reduced the framerate from 60 to 30, since there was some slowdown when I was actually playing the game in the browser (and the hallucination effects took quite a toll as well), since a smooth 30 FPS is better than a choppy 40-60 fps. However, doing this added a whole new set of issues to fix (most of which I've taken care of)

We're putting the finishing touches on the game. We've decided to release the game as pay-what-you-want for the standalone version + soundtrack, with an ad-supported free in-browser version.

That sounds like an excellent approach. Best of luck with it

Maybe I'm just blind, but if I wanted to buy the game, where would I go? :S
EDIT: Is it supposed to be a link under the bold "pay what you want" text on the site?
