Fair enough. I definitely appreciate that the initial launch is really important - if you release unstable binaries and the news spreads, people might well be turned away...

This project has me considering giving C++ another chance...

Tried to do a build tonight and after about an hour of compiling got a couple of failures Sad So close.

I got it to successfully build on Mac once. I've had zero luck with Windows, though.

It's probably because the development is done on Mac computer, and later fixed to work on windows (and Linux?). I had no trouble compiling it on windows, I last compiled it 3 days ago. Just follow BUILD.md and it's pretty straight forward. I started a project that uses it yesterday, and it feels very nice to work with.

Hmmm I had more luck with windows than Mac. Got it down to needing a polycode_d.lib file. On Mac it failed a lot earlier.

Just revisited POLYCODE and glad to see working UNOFFICIAL binaries for Windows, Linux and MacOSX.  These are supplied by the community and not Ivan.  (Thanks to Suchipi and SmokingBunny over at polycode.org)
