Okay, how about this:

Gold Rush! I just played that through to the end about a month ago. I love historical games like that, even if the design and gameplay is terrible. One of my favourites of all time is 'The Last Express' (which wasn't terrible, but still it was mostly the historical aspect that made it good).

Ok, the next game to guess:

... There are two valid answers to this one.

Looks more like a joystick to me. I'm thinking 3DO or Sega CD, since they're the two stations that did video recording.

This has nothing to do with video recording or full-motion video.

No.
Hint: Look at the connectors.
Hint 2: On the right-hand piece, there is an inscription on the side. It's not just a scratch.

That looks like a sex toy from the 1950s D:

No, they looked more like this:

...But at least that was preferable to the 1902 model:

'The Last Express'
i absolutely love that game!

Everytime someone starts up a 'Can Games Be Art?' discussion, I roll my eyes and wish that someone, somewhere, had bought 'The Last Express' instead of 'Doom II'.

Only if you have electric nipples. Like Astroyboy.

I believe The Last Express was made using rotoscoping, no? I remember playing it's demo as a child. The knife fight terrified me.
I really should buy it sometime.

Ok, another hint or two, lazy manbabies.

- The item on the left is a pass-through for a regular controller, and it is hooked up to the item on the right via the visible cable.
- The connector is a 9-pin D-connector.

Is that 221B Baker St? I had that game (but we only had a monochrome computer Lips Sealed) It wasn't much fun, but that goes for most board game adaptations.

Luckily I had another pic stored up - not a hard one, but an awesome, awesome pic:
