Could need some more vertical gameplay though imo, with elevators, stairs or some stuff.

We didn't really bother with the 3rd movement dimension, level switching are done with teleporter pads

That doesn’t look like something you should walk on

EDIT: Updated it to the newer one

An old addition but forgot to post about. It's a locked door and can be only opened with a keycard (can be seen on the left of the HUD), and every level has a different keycard to be located

The levels aren't completed yet (33, 3 of them being boss fights), but I guess that it'll take at least 3 hours beginning to end. However, we will be trying to ensure that you don't get to the end in your first try and learn from your mistakes Wink

What the heck was I even trying to say? I meant that maybe you could add some gravity effects - broken gravity generators and the like - that would adjust player speed or pull your towards things. It might work well to trap players in a corner while they try to fix something and fight off tons of guys.

Every update I'm more impressed, Quarry

I actually implemented a similar thing that altered the player movement but it ended up being a common cause of death so I removed it

Thanks to all for the nice comments

A quick progress update as well;

Everything you'll be seeing in the final game has been complete. I'm working on the level format and the level editor so that we can quickly make the levels. After that I'll be doing all the soundowork - and bam! The game is done

So, you'll be done by this weekend, right?

I hope to be done by the weekend, but the thing is that the level editor was just complete (like, 20 minutes ago) and making all 33 levels might take time...
