Ace of Spades

Many (including myself) prefer the original indie one from before Jagex took over, which can be found at http://www.buildandshoot.com/.

I do too. The zombie mode in the Jagex version is quite fun even though there isn't much strategy to it.

Maybe this will be interesting, once it comes out in April? It's an FPS without gore that wants to be an e-sport for the whole family.

Joshua Milligan, Senior Director of Online Strategy, told the Report that, “Our motto is ‘competition for everyone’ and we wanted to create an experience that brings people together. At our events we will see parents with their children playing the game and we are proud that families can share the game without concerns about the content being too violent.”

It's in open beta right now and it's actually pretty cool.

NERF Arena Blast
This game is legitimately good. Had some really cool gametypes that no other game has had since.

http://www.3dfrog.com/games.html A great freeware indie game called Froggy Shootout, made in FPS Creator I believe, where you shoot frogs in a western setting.
