Since people keep asking: If I did make a Kickstarter (or Indiegogo since there's no age limit) how much should I ask for? A list of things I need: - A new computer with multiple monitors for maximum efficiency
- Money to pay Mush and Sean
- A sandwich
- Hosting?
- XBox to port the game to that perhaps?

I have unlimited bandwidth hosting for another two years, so we are good with that

I don't see any reason that you need a kickstarter.
You're 15 and live at home right? I'm sure at the moment you don't have any issues funding this game.

You'd probably have better luck if you ask for a portion of those costs. Like people might be turned off if you're asking for a new rig to fund a game which doesn't seem very CPU-intensive. Maybe like, ask for money for one monitor, the costs of paying for audio. I'd be really modest about the goal, maybe you'll get more than you asked for without coming off as dishonest to others (even if you are being honest, people will still notice you're a high school age person living with parents and probably get turned off if you ask for a lot). But it's probably a good experience to do this, then you'll be obligated to ship and deliver

Thanks for the advice so far.
@Conker The reason I'm doing a Kickstarter is because I was raised in a way that if I wanted something that wasn't a necessity like a computer or game, I'd have to buy it myself. Since I don't have a job that would pay for anything such as money for paying the musicians, I feel that a Kickstarter would help.
However now that I look at it I do feel like I'm asking for a lot. Are there any price suggestions? Of course I'm not going to be starting one until the game is more developed.

If it's just to pay the musicians then choose a rate, say $30/hr or whatever, and get an estimate of the number of hours work they need to do. Your salary comes from the actual sales of the game, so you'd factor that in on top of that, again based on some rate. When I was 15 I would've loved to get $15/hr so maybe start with that.

Just ask for exactly as much as you need, to be honest I doubt you need a new PC. But if you are serious about porting to XBLA, for sure you want to make sure you can afford to licenses or whatever.
