Greetings, game enthusiasts, developers and potential lab monkeys!

I am simulating excitement to announce that my experimental spatial puzzle game, simian.interface, has been released as a pay-what-you-want download (including a bonus soundtrack by note!) at http://vested-interest.co/simian. The full game is also playable in-browser at Newgrounds (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/612107) and Kongregate (http://www.kongregate.com/games/fabrIQ/simian-interface).

Designed with gamers of all ages and ability levels in mind, simian.interface has no time limits, no way to lose, and no controls other than the mouse. It presents challenges which must be solved using pattern recognition, intuition, and experimentation, rather than reflexes or memorization. The gameplay and visual style are inspired by tabletop puzzles, modern art, cognitive psychology experiments, and retro console games.

If you still aren't excited, check out the trailer on YouTube at

, which features a new track composed by note! (http://note.bandcamp.com/).

We hope you enjoy the game and help us spread the word about it. And if you like simian.interface, you should try OVNI, our previous title, at Kongregate: http://www.kongregate.com/games/fabrIQ/ovni.

Really enjoyed this game! I noticed that the point where the cursor needs to be is consistent around the levels, it could be interesting if it was randomized - though setting it at specific points in the game did lead to some interesting design.
