Okay, that's a little embarrassing, but my programmer and I have some trouble with the the engine and the dev log won't be coming anytime soon :I But it will eventually appear, I promise  Isnt troubles exactly the good content for devlog?  Anyway I was going to comment that I really liked that environment of knight gif, Gj!

Looks pretty awesome, initials! Can't wait to see it with some awesome background. Meanwhile, I drew a better version of walking animation, which looks pretty decent, I think.

I might have said this before, but I've never been a fan of ASCII. In fact... I hate it. I don't know if there's something wrong with my brain that just makes it impossible me to understand, but whenever I see an ASCII game, it just looks awful to me. There's nothing interesting about it and most of the time it just gives me a headache... but your art... seriously... it's fantastic. I don't know how you manage to pull off such awesome, smooth animations that way. Great job, man. Keep it up.

You had me concerned there for a moment... nice plot twist  Related: I tried to get both animations on the same line so the post would not be as obtuse, but the 'move' block wouldn't allow it. PS: credit to Zorg for the moonwalk idea. This is totally going in the game...

Probably because this is proper ASCII art, you know, the kind that used to be supreme during the BBS era. Most ASCII games you see are using much low quality artwork, basically being the equivalent to stickmans (assuming they don't take it even further and make every object a single character). This is probably the same deal as comparing well-made pixelart against what's essentially a bunch of random pixels thrown together.

Yeah but there are many who just get happy by doing this: O -|- / \ At least in this case the graphics have detail, which makes a ton of difference.
