Love the background but god do you need some animations for that character.

yeah I haven't even started on the character yet. that's sprite's an old one for an abandoned project.

Woah, I must say I was sceptical when you posted the tileset a while ago because I hate 1:1 pixel size art in games, but this is seriously looking fabulous Smiley

This is so cool. I'm working on a fire system myself. What did you do this in? Does the fire have volume and properties or is it just particle effects?
