Instead of a lava and ice world, we will be adding a baklava and rice world.
We'll probably make the wold open up more and more through shortcuts and things like that. Also trains are involved so that might play a part in a limited fast travel system. I don't think that getting around will be quite as straightforward as the nexus in anodyne (just a door for each area)

A longer audio interview with Infinite Lives: http://infinitelives.us/wptest/infinite-lives-podcast-interview-analgesic-productions/Just been doing some bits of writing, thinking about the structure for Even and also doing more Aliph graphics, and feeling out the direction for that. Starting to get more and more confident in that direction but still feeling like there's a ways to go before i feel really strongly about the graphical direction.

Was it Twinfinite that interviewed you guys a while back (it was a twitch stream of a skype call, I think)? This name rings a bell. And I can't wait to see what graphical thingies you got in mind, Jon (pshhhh, make it 3d). also ps4 launch title exclusive confirmed

orange/red with water http://tindeck.com/listen/phqsGreen/mist http://tindeck.com/listen/sasvcontinuations of past songs. one thing i am going to try to do with the music is make it more...interesting from a chord standpoints. little to no thought went into any of the chords with anodnye, that was basically all just whatever i felt was interesting. for the most part it was fine, and it wouuld likely be fine with eevn the ocean, but then things are not as challenging

Yeah, we did a stream with them a long long time ago. and then maybe another more recently also? Actually didn't get to meet any of the people who we streamed with, but now I guess we've like talked with almost all of their team They're all very cool and nice to us!

Been working on some root-covered paths (that screenshot at the beginning of the thread is a bit of a different style than where I'm headed so i more or less am remaking that area.)
Also making some small breakthroughs in Even story stuff.. have the makings of a new character floating around in my head

We're not actually on PS4 at the moment but could probably get devkits if we asked. I just don't really want to do something like port it because I am lazy! Windows is enough to handle...and I just want to make games, not program a ton or manage another programmer. (That's my justification for lack of many ports on things. Everyone has a computer anyways.)

it might work somehow

i streamed some level development today so far - it is interesting, there are a few unintended interactions with the level design. it's pretty cool .
also those gnats would work well as a screen wide particle effect, if i add more of the 'bugs", make them move more naturally and have the cente rpoint about which they move also track the player...hardly noticable o_o
