I am not really a musician but I made this loop for a 1GAM entry maybe. Any critique would be appreciated.

@s_l_m The melody is surprisingly good for something written by someone who doesn't consider themselves a musician. Smiley

Wrote this using a hardware synth whose battery I had to replace.

Thank you, I play a little guitar and ocarina, but not enough to call myself especially musical.

I really enjoy your track btw

Here is the music that I made at GGJ 2013 for the game "Change of My World".

Originally the music is constructed during the game by combining 1 second loops, each of which are attached to a specific move type of the character. Later, I made a special arrangement and released as a single under my electronica project Analog Sheep.

I hope you like this one.

Tried playing live, for once, instead of manually putting in notes on the computer.

Kilig: noun. It is the sudden feeling of an inexplicable joy one gets when something romantic or idealistic occurs. I don\'t think there\'s an English word or phrase for it. even Butterfly Stomach doesn\'t do justice to \"kilig\".

Started working on an instrumental today. I'll probably give it to one of my friends.

Wrote a new piano song today! This one was an experiment in creating a song around droning quarter notes the whole time. Definitely for a soundtrack - a bit dark/unsettling in the first half (hence the title), with an ending inspired by Bill Brown / Thomas Newman.

I find myself writing piano tunes way more than anything else these days. It's just so easy to sit down, start messing around, and get inspired.

Really digging this! Funky, with a bit of an oldschool tracker feel. Fav'ed and followed.

Great track! Nice production on this one. I often find trance boring, but you did a good job of keeping it varied enough to maintain my interest.

I tried making some music after a whole lot of months of not making music. My computer's still dying so it's usually a bit difficult to get the software to work without eventually crashing. This is kind of a quickly improvised extended sample of something I was doing, and a lot of the beginning here feels a little weird to me, but I thought I might as well share it for now. I might try cleaning it up and rearranging/writing it into a full song some day.
