Finally finished an orchestral version of the main title for Crystal Picnic. Its got quite a lot of Danny Elfman vibes and is a bit darker than the rest of the OST for the game because I thought the art on the title screen was quite mysterious etc. Took me bloody ages though - enjoy! hey people I was looking at xkcd forum and I saw that they have a discussion thread simmilar to this one. The difference is they have a rule that you must comment the last sound in order to put your own one. (you don't have to do a critic, just say what you think about it) Wouldn't it be cool if we do the same? I'll do the first attempt :p It's an interesting christmas-based chiptune theme but I struggled to find in which christmas melody is based. What was it? |

I've been thinking for a long time about that, as I always enjoy criticisms but this thread is about the only place to post music you're working on and it's not exactly a feedback heavy one. A 'feedback-train' style thread could be created, which would definitely help people not confident in their skills get some good criticisms. If there's enough interest, someone should make it happen.

yes this would be good also, and what i did maybe could be called feedback, but what I would do with this thread is just say a couple of words about the music. you can say: It's cool! or it reminds me when i was 6 years old. Just some random words would be also ok. It's only to make it more interacting  |

@petertos Wow that was fucking cool! The build felt great, at first I thought infomercial in space but now I'm feeling motivated  thanks for sharing @Estudio Evergreen That was just a weird experiment on my alt computer where I didn't have any actual resources to make music with. The title only really explains when I made it haha. Also your track ended a little abruptly and made my think of ring around the rosey, but it did fit the rpg style well! I like the idea of getting more criticism out here for people  |
