So I work at a recording studio and usually make pop music for a living but I've always been into video game music as well. These are some old songs I made awhile back before I got my job (been here for years) as practice. https://soundcloud.com/user-746668995/sets/vgmusicThanks for taking the time to check them out! :D

I've been posting a lot of music related things in the devlog forum for my game HomeMake, but thought it was time I moved over to the audio forum for some sonic feedback. Started a topic on HomeMake's OST for direct feedback. HomeMake OST Playlist [Soundcloud]This OST is a work in progress from Dj turned-producer archgame. The aim of the soundtrack is to create an audio flow that mimics the chill and urban nature of the game. Towards this end, musical precedents include Nujabes, Tycho, and Sango. The final sound intends to fuse replayed jazz samples layered against nostalgic ambiance and future beats.

It's going to be Christmas in two weeks! (Yaaaaay) So what better way to celebrate than to release Christmas music? I've uploaded music for one of my earlier iOS/Android projects, Santa's Present Run, to Soundcloud. Click this link to check it out!-Felix

I'm new, just made a "hi - here's my music / I want to work with you" thread - but I'll throw you a track on here to participate! This is an older one of mine, but is still one of my personal faves, it's quite short but sets a great atmosphere - enjoy! https://soundcloud.com/dreamzgamer/beyond-all-hope-dreamzPaul

Hey, I'm a self-taught hobbyist musician and I started composing around three years ago. I write my music based on games, ideas, stories or even anime (so you can expect my style to be heavily influenced by JRPGs). Please do take some time off to listen to some of my songs. They're not the best out there, but I hope you can enjoy them Do leave comments as well Appreciate it! https://soundcloud.com/adreamer-3

Sounds pretty good; I know it's not authentic chip sound but the sounds are appropriate for the most part. I do like the atmosphere it sets up but it feels like it's asking for an additional, deeper bass sound for a little extra glue for the composition. It does feel a little meander-y at times. I kept expecting a smooth percussion line to begin but it never does. If you intend to put this on an album release you might want to make a few tweaks. There's potential for the track to take the listener on a journey through a soundscape but it's mostly meandering in its current form. For my contribution, I have some 70s stakeout noodling!
