Hey Fark!

I found Nattrangel pretty enjoyable! Huset was a highlight for me - pretty playful stuff.

It's all got a great blend of orchestral/european folk/subtle electronics! It's a really nice sound and you do some really lovely stuff with it. I also enjoyed some of the titles (Please Bite, Mr. Fish!). Although, i didn't feel like please bite was tense enough and thank you for biting was celebratory enough! Smiley haha maybe I created a false story in my head though.

What was your set-up for producing these pieces? Live/non-live? Any particular sample libraries?

Hey Calum!

Thanks, man  Hand Thumbs Up Right
I've already done a few listenings on your site Hand Any Key , and you sir, are a talented man!  Hand Metal Right

Oh, and I totally agree on the lack of intensity  Cheesy .
A lot of these tracks were started on a long time ago, so lately I've been finalizing a lot of them in order to get them all online.

For "Nattrangel" I've mainly used Reason and some downloaded stringpackages. "Miroslav" among others
and some of the included "orkester"-pack in Reason itself.

Finished all the music for Stampede yesterday!
here it all is, mixed down into one long track;

http://soundcloud.com/onethousandorcas/stampede-soundtrack-mixdown

you might be thinking that it's a little under-mastered and not very long, but it's for iPhone, so it's going to sound terrible out of those speakers and longer music means a huge app download

But I'm still pretty happy with how it all turned out, despite spending hardly any time on it I'd still call it my best work. (I was using Ableton Live instead of FL for the first time, best sequencer evarrr)

EDIT: I'm not sure if this is a topic for video game music.
But this is video game music for a really good video game that nobody has made yet.

I am also a user on this forum. I make music and I also listen to music. I listened to your music.

I love your music. It's clippy at times, but it has charm. I think there's a word for that, when something isn't the most technically polished, but it just oozes with heart. I think it's a Japanese word, though... Either way, I love it. I think it is great, and hope your music shows up in a game, or on an album, or streaming over the radio waves with lyrics painted on the passing cars.

@Carrie Nation - Noah said it. Your stuff has a similar innocence/honesty to Daniel Johnston's early stuff.
