Here's one of my latest cues; a quick (imperfect) demo I dashed off after the Shadowrun Returns guys announced their Kickstarter. (but before they'd confirmed any composers http://soundcloud.com/john-robert-matz/shadowrun-main-titles-demoThink cyberpunk meets epic fantasy, and, perhaps a bit too much Mass Effect, and you've got the idea. Love to hear your thoughts!

Excellent, rich sound Zack! Can I ask what sample library you are using for the orchestral instruments?
Thanks, samples used for orchestra are all from EWQLSO Gold.

Alright, here's my first post. I registered on here because I'd like to make music (and hopefully audio) for some games. With that aside.. Here's something I whipped up a while back originally for the theme music for a sort of horror / psych thriller film. It was actually a lot more than the producer actually wanted, so I kept this track as "something to work on later". http://soundcloud.com/matecha/incorporealLet me know what you think! I'm really curious how my music will be received. I excel at pretty dark/ominous or otherwise non-friendly stuff, typically, which doesn't seem to be the norm by any means. haha

Haven't uploaded anything in a while so decided to throw something up that I was working on. It's only a short loop, the goal was to try and make something that sounded clean (as defined by instruments not fighting in the same sound space). I learnt that I could get cool sounds by manipulating the EQ rather than spending a long time tweaking a synth. http://soundcloud.com/hdsanctum/slow-progress

Many thanks goes to Will Roget for helping me out with the trumpet - Droidius: 1945 - Europa Stagea track from the android game (sorry iPhone peeps ) Droidius: 1945 which is free btw *cough cough* Going for a retro sound but mixing in newer instruments in with it. - IntroThing Not on Soundcloud lololololololololol just an Idea for some Sci-Fi kinda game intro I made awhile backish (if it isnt obvious my sister was watching quite a bit of Dr. Who but whatevvs) OKBAI!

ShinnyMetal, your stuff is really good. I particularly liked Technological Terror! --- I've been too busy to work on games in the last little while, but I've found some time to gradually put together some music just for the heck of it. The last couple days I've been playing with PXTone and a few cheesy guitar-like synths I whipped up: Holy Hell (It loops at around 1:16).

It reminds me of stuff off of Hyperduck soundworks's ARES soundtrack.

Nice! I'm a sucker for anything that is polyphonic. I suppose the instruments are computerized/synth? Either way it sounds awesome This is simply beautiful. Every note is in the right place and it is touching. Nice job on throwing the blues elements in there as well, I love that kind of stuff For the first time in my life I made something that resembles dubstep (but not quite) : http://soundcloud.com/ronin-narasu/armageddon-step
