I'd love to make a contribution to this compo...I've never made a complete game before, but I might be able to put something together by Thanksgiving. On the other hand, I might just end up putting it off until it's too late...either way I look forward to seeing how this turns out.

So... Would choosing an idea that someone else is already doing a game about be frowned upon? I've been going through the list of ideas, and every time I find one that inspires me, I go check the forums only to find out that somebody else already called dibs on it  Hopefully this time I'll be able to get something done on time... |

There's a couple doubles already. Don't worry about it. Using the same inspiration is fine, but you might want to check that you're not making the same game. |
