Wow; I love the style.  Quit at first boss after I died and it reset me to the beginning, and didn't quite understand how jumping works, but it seems like a really cool game ... I hope you take it further Smiley

What an intense weekend... just gonna drop my entry post here and then pass out
Your game is beautiful. I haven't finished it yet, but as soon as I do I'll leave you a 5/5.

This is our entry:

Block Disco

Cheers!

Your game is so intense + fun, my high score is 53, and it involved me shouting "HOLY SHIT, WOAH, NOO, OH, AAAEEHHHHHH" continuously at my PC, good stuff! Grin

I went for the whole 'Do less with more' angle on my game, which is a one-button Canabalt meets Super Meat Boy on the Gameboy...I think. At any rate, I'm really happy with the end-of-level action replays Smiley

You have to avoid the bars that come across the screen. I'm actually kind of proud of it.

So, this is my first post. Hello everyone. I managed to make a little something for Ludum Dare this time. It's called

TOO MANY DISTRACTIONS

http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-26/?action=preview&uid=20498

and is about reducing distractions while getting your work done. I hope you will enjoy it.

Here's some pictures

I got a domain for my game, wrote a post-mortem, and made some new GIFs:

I've made an MGS-styled stealth game, mixed-in with some Metroid DNA.

In a pseudo-abstract world, you have to sneak around, find upgrades to explore the map and progress toward the epic final escape.
It was a lot of fun to make. A nice break from my big project.

This is my submission. The first for any compo! It doesn't have all the bells and whistles I planned for, but I still like it enough to polish it some more later on.

It's a simple puzzle game where you pick and match three floating shapes according to some simple rules. The rules are simple enough but it often takes people a while to realize how many different combinations are valid. It's very similar to (as in copied from  Wink) the card game Set.

My Game "The Rules Are Simple. . ." is a platformer where the rules become more minimal as you continue playing
