Hopefully Fallout 3 will have mercy on this poor programmer and give me time to work on this.

If my computer were better I wouldn't finish this competition at all because of Fallout 3.  But I can't run it so instead I make my own game for fun...

Update:

My surgery was moved up from December first to November 3rd so I am currently in recovery mode.

I hope I can manage to do some work on this while I'm healing but we shall see. I'll keep the thread updated.

In better news: I'm doing just fine  Beer!

Yeah, it was originally scheduled for the first of december so I figured I'd have time to finish but a cancellation allowed me to get in sooner. Good for me, bad for the game Sad

The surgery was for a "fistula" (I'll spare you the details) but it was kind of fun going under anesthetic.

Now I'm on Percocet which while making the blinding pain go away leaves me little more than a drooling/sleeping lump.

As I feel it starting to take effect, I'll bid you adieu for now. I plan to pick up this project again after my recovery despite the fact it will be after the contest closes Sad Good luck to all the others in the compo, looking forward to playing all the games on the 17th! Beer!
