I've a little problem with Photoshop CS2! When I'm doing pixel-art and want to up-sacale it with Ctrl+T, it works, but the photo gets blurred!

How I can do this that the photo is not blurred? Because I hate this process to copy it over Paint.NET and up-sacale it there!

If I understand you correctly, choose "Nearest Neighbor" as the Interpolation algorithm, although even then the results won't always be perfect.

^ What he said. The setting to change is under Edit > Preferences > General under the field for Image Interpolation.
