Bumpin' dis with a new page!

I had one of those '100 Action Arcade Games' shareware collections as a kid, and can't seem to find the game I'm thinking of from it.

It was a cartoony puzzle platformer. I believe the main character(s?) were aliens, and that you could switch between them. There may have been bombs involved, and maybe some sort of block pushing. There was almost definitely a fan that you could pick up.

If anyone happened to have the same disc, please, help me. The disc also had Die by the Sword, Bombs and Bugs, Pack Rat, Noop's Odyssey, and some balloon animal game, if anyone recognizes those.

Wow, I should've seen this thread before. I could really use people's help to find this awesome one.

It's for PC, Windows 95 or 98 era. I only played a demo of it, but from what I remember, it was a top-down, open-ended vehicle shooter (they had guns, yeah). I remember having this green low-poly jeep and driving along what I can best describe as an ant's environment: basically being shrunk and put into a garden or forest. Everything felt very organic because of that. There were physics involved in driving, so you could roll and crash if you're not careful, also there were a few underground tunnels which you could see the jeep through a few openings. There were other enemy vehicles of course, if I recall correctly you could defeat them and collect cash or upgrades. The last thing I remember is these wormhole-like gates: one type allowed quick transportation to another wormhole, another type was an entrance where you'd go into a "conversation screen" where you'd meet some very unique organic beings to get jobs from or trade cash for upgrades (one of them clearly resembled a green larvae).

I would really like to know what this game was, it was just too damned unique to forget and I'd love to play it again properly.

It was a game that I remember having in the "Shockwave Arcade" or something. It was a PC game. The main character was a girl I think, with strangely colored hair, and it was a point and click adventure where you could travel in a space ship to different planets which had unique puzzles. I remember Venus. Well???

Dunno if anyone's this game yet, but it's a chip's challenge kind of game where you control a mouse instead. There are teleports in the stages which, IIRC, teleport you between floors as an alternative to using stairs to get around floors.

If anyone knows the name of a PC FPS set inside a haunted house, where the first enemy that shows up is a bat and human enemies turn into flower pots when killed, please tell me.

I think the game you're looking for is Nitemare 3D. All of the games in the Hugo series are fantastic.

I believe you are thinking of Rodent's Revenge which was released along with Chip's Challenge in a game bundle from Microsoft. You have to push blocks sokoban style and trap cats that are trying to eat you, which turn into cheese after you trap them.

She's not a girl, but Lenny Loosejocks: In Space? Fits all the other criterion. Pretty good, too! Wonder what happened to Ezone...

Nah, it's not that.. the graphics were more modern, it was a browser game, there were no cats, but another detail I remember was that there were 15 levels? and you can move between them and you have power-ups that let you swim, go through fire, smash rocks, etc

So, I just remembered this demo of a game I played, this was like 8 years ago, and now I'm curious what that even was...

It was kinda like Breakout, almost, as you controlled some little boy (the paddle) and there was this ball that bounced around and you had to let the ball break all of the breakable... things, you just had to make sure it never touched the floor. There were powerups, so the boy could get a very large head for a while, or a bunch of dummies would be set up to deflect the ball once, or stuff like that. There was also this enemy, this dinosaur, who would jump in and hug you if you got too close, and you might miss the ball. On one of the stages, the dinosaur came out in a ballerina outfit.

It kind of looked like this.

Anyway, just curious, it's not important.

An old game made for a competition to design games for the Dance Dance Revolution mat. You played as a spider-like creature. Pressing the direction arrows shot out limbs in that directions. The goal was to swing around the landscape and stay in frame as the camera automatically scrolled.

There was this one game that I forgot the name of.   It was freeware, and you basically control this ship that heads back to Earth to get supplies for a moon colony, cept the Earth is royally fucked up because of some bomb that screwed up reality.  It was black and white, too.  Anyone remember the name of it?
