Week 47

Loads of progress this week, aside from the exploding demons and soundtrack preview above.

We have portals to randomly spawn invading demons now:


And big guys like these:


Also been messing about with random (fun) unlockable gameplay modes, such as Big Head (DK):


Tabletop Miniature Mode using Tilt Shift Lens Blur thingy to make TinyKeep look like a boardgame (I think it kinda works...)


And... a random promotional shot using fake camera angles that won't actually be in-game. But it looks pretty so..

Thanks! Ben insisted to make it "accidentally" kill fellow smaller skeletons in their way. Added it this morning, and it's a really fun tactic

Apologies for not being active on here as I normally am! We've all been working mega hard crunching for the final release, and for this little teaser trailer video. Once all the craziness has died down, I promise I will retrospectively update everyone on the previous weeks development.

TinyKeep Release

I'll be brief as I still have a lot of marketing to do in the next few days, but we're going to be releasing TinyKeep on Steam (Windows version first, with other platforms soon to follow) sometime at the end of September. We're thinking 29th or 30th.
I'll be back with more specific details on the release, but for now, enjoy the trailer and look forward to the playing it very soon!

Congrats! Finally! Been following the devlog for a while, can't wait to finally play. I went to preorder, but saw the option had been removed. Have you decided on what the release/launch price will be?

Yes, it'll be $14.99USD / £10.99GBP but discounted on launch, probably by 30% or so

Today will likely be the last day I'll be doing proper development work. Meeting up with my sound designer Jey Kazi to do the final audio mix.

Then next week its off to EGX with the final version and then open the Steam gates on the 29th!
