Heya. Last week posted a tutorial on creating an authentic isometric viewport in Unity, which was fairly well received on Google+ (I know, right?) - a proper isometric camera uses Unity's orthographic rendering flag over traditional perspective. It also covers very simple keyboard movement.

In my own game I've extended the script drastically to allow for 3D rotation and zooming too, which I'll hopefully get round to writing up this week if you fancy something more complex.
