Hi,

I'm an one-man indie developer and just discovered TigSource. I'm building my first Android game for this month's LudumDare challenge. It's almost complete, at 90% I'd say.

Here are some screenshots:



You have to prevent aliens from reaching the bottom of the screen. Beside shooting at them, you can raise shields:



Each 10 waves, there is a new boss level:



There are 14 different bosses currently:



To make it more interesting, there are missions, daily and weekly challenges and player rank which improves over time:



If your interested in more details check my blog (I could copy/paste last 20 days on my postings here, but I'm not sure if that is allowed).

I'll post updates here in the next days until I complete it.

My current focus is Android release on Google Play, but I'm using libGDX, so I might do a Windows/Linux/Mac release as well in the future.

The game is almost completed, I'm just struggling with in-app payment system on Google Play. For some reason all the transactions I tried get cancelled. Using the same account I can pay for stuff in other games. It just reports thu user cancelled the order (which I did not).
