For my first participation in a LD, I'm happy to have been able to complete my game for the 48h compo (but the deadline was short!).

My game is called "The One Fork Restaurant", and it's a simple “time-management” game. It takes place in a restaurant where people come to eat various meals, but the restaurant only have one fork, so customers have to share it!

When the customers are waiting for the fork, they start to get bored, and may leave the restaurant if they wait for too long. Eating gives them a little relief, so each time they eat, they’ll be able to wait a little longer afterwards. You have to swap the fork as often as needed so every customer can enjoy (and finish) his meal!

(N.B.: The actual game is played with 7 tables, not 3)

I've already played a lot of these games and rated them, but I'll make sure to get everyone in this thread.

Berathen Jam: Micro-Game Compilation

This is action-packed game made in 72 hours which has you flying through 11 different games, many of which have multiple variations. With so many different micro games to play I'm certain there will be some that you completely adore. Each game has to be completed in under four seconds so you don't have a lot of time to think! It's time for your reflexes to be tested!

I would of liked to put a bit more stuff in the game and had about seven other micro-games planned, but time just wouldn't allow. Please check it out and let me know what you think!

A guide for tips and tricks to play each game alongside a brief explanation of how I came up with each idea.
Berathen Jam Guide

You can actually play the game here.

And lastly don't for to comment/rate it here!

Oh!  I played that one.

Lot of useless flying ships if you ask me.  Not sure why people even bothered with OP Napoleon to be honest!

To be fair to them, he didn't look very OP.  The little scamp.

I've just started playing through all the entries on this thread. Some really nice work so far. Ekun and Pixelulsar, I really like how you both basically take the same core gameplay mechanic (charge, shoot, retrieve) and apply it in drastically different ways - the first is a franctic survival game, the other one a more relaxed hunting game.

Here's my entry. It's called Digital Toilet World.
You and your monster companion have to save your world, but your monster frequently has to go to the bathroom, and you only get one toilet.

Collaborated with an artist for the jam, and made this:

@0x0961h

really cool! The timestamp system is a nice addition to the concept of parallel world, I wonder if it's possible to have a scoreboard to compare time, since the levels are generated. I would be nice to see who made the best use of time.

dlan, thank you. Smiley

Well, to be honest, I want to make a big game from this concept. I really dig it, so, yeah, scoreboards might happen. Smiley

How'd you all do? Seems like I succeeded in my goal of reaching Top 10 Humor. Yeah, the ratings don't really matter in an event like this, but feels good anyway:
