Formicide now on Greenlight

Formicide is now on Steam Greenlight!

Formicide is a fast-paced multiplayer platformer featuring bloodthirsty ants. Think Worms meets Quake.

We're working on multiple game modes, including deathmatch, capture the flag, and others. For deathmatch, you equip yourself with a few weapons from dozens of options, ranging simple and versatile to powerful but situational. Each weapon has a powerful alternate fire that can only be loaded up from ammo packs found on the map. The environments include both indestructible and destructible terrain, which reshape the maps as time progresses.

It also has a very powerful editor, featuring its own custom scripting language. Once the game is released, we'll be making the editor public and encouraging modding.
