I figured I'd make something. It turned out pretty awful though http://willhostforfood.com/users/dorkman/game.zipPS. The game ends when you've found everything. Yeah, I know it's boring. I might update and make it worth playing at some point in the future.

The artwork reminds me of those old silent films from the 20s. All it needs is some ragtime piano music.

I got through alive and found all the fake treasure! This is really great. Love the effects. You can stand far enough away from the enemies that they don't give chase even when you shoot them, so that's what I found myself doing to defeat them all easily, but I think if you had made it so that they started chasing as soon as you got a glimpse of them, it would have been a bit frustrating having to run away from them while shooting and probably ending up getting lost over and over again. LOL So you made it JUST RIGHT in my insignificant opinion.

This game is pretty awesome, actually. The art style and the controls are both executed really well *imagines a Mondo+Lovecraft game*

Really nice atmosphere. I think the music fits perfectly. If this isn't worth playing then I don't know what is

Pleasant atmosphere, effective rending style. I find myself getting lost in whitespace a lot, though...

This is great, and sets a very unique atmosphere. You should call it something like "Lovecraft's Nightmare" Pleasant atmosphere, effective rending style. I find myself getting lost in whitespace a lot, though...

This is so stylish! What's there is very playable, too. The controls are pretty much perfect. You should definitely develop this further!
