Intro
Hi! I'm Brady and I'm the Project Lead and Head Programmer of Dwell.

Dwell is a game about:
  • Surviving in the wilderness
  • Building a village
  • Defending it with your friends
  • Creating your personalized house
  • Taking care of your pets
  • Tending to your farm
  • Mining in deep caverns
  • Exploring a HUGE world
  • Raiding enemy's villages

Fun facts:
-We're going to release independently and on Steam!
-We have had about ~2000 players, with a very committed fan base!
-We are very far along in development!
-We've been in development for 2 years!
-We have 4 active, committed team members!

It seems as though you have plenty of art assets in the game, do you really need more pixel artists? Could you not get more use out of someone like me? A writer.

Looks very good indeed, but yes, it does seem competent and well-rounded.

I think people might be nonplussed as to why you need an artist if you have all this great work already. Did the collaboration with the last person end, or are you looking for someone to fulfill very specific niches (animations, GUI, logos, portraits and cutscenes etc.)?

We already have 2 other artists, but they need help. I'd love to keep adding content, but the art is pretty far behind the coded portion of the game. A lot of the art is placeholders at the moment.

We're not on Steam, but I honestly don't think it would be too hard to get on via Greenlight. We'll see.
