Isn't icycalm too abrasive to keep together a cohesive team? I suppose if he can get enough 'beta' personalities that don't mind/enjoy/need being browbeaten, he might have a chance of completion. But the only real way I see it working is the team throwing icycalm out, later down the line.
Pity for anyone who goes to work with him, either way.
