PULMONEAR 3:
"Legends and symmetry"

Deadline: Sunday April 27th, 2014 at 23:59hs (~ 5 weeks)

Hello, I'm Martín, the organizer of this contest. It's based in latin america but anyone can participate, you just need to post the game data on a post at this topic prior to the deadline (read "how to participate" below)

Official competition thread (in spanish)

Rules
  • Legends: The game should include, at the creators' criterium, at least one legend/myth (recognized). They can be multiple.
  • Symmetry: The game should at least have one symmetry component, mechanic or aesthetic, as long as it can be explained (and understood) where and how it was applied.
  • It must be a game made for this competition. You can use engines or libraries made before, but most of the game should be made starting now.
  • Games started previously are not accepted, for respect to the ones starting now, but previous unimplemented ideas are OK.
  • After the competition you can do whatever you want with the game, it's 100% yours.

Clarifications
  • The game can be a prototype, not necessarily be finished, as long as it's playable and fits the rules.
  • As always, rules can be bent a little, but ask beforehand.
  • You can participate alone or with a team.
  • (this is redundant here, I guess) Supporting the english language is highly recommended, to show the game around.
  • All questions are made in this thread.
  • Anyone can participate, from any nationality
  • Voting will be public, the modality is "Vote the best" following the rules criteria.
  • The vote counting method will be  Condorcet-IRV

How to participate
  • Create a post in this thread with the word "ENTRY" in bold before anything else so I can identify them easily. Make only one per game and update it if necessary.
  • At the deadline, in that post there should be at least:
    • A link to play online or download the game
    • A screenshot without the window frame
    • One (1) line of text explaining controls. E.g.: "WASD to move, MOUSE to aim and shoot."
    • Names or nicknames of all team participants.

Let's do this!
