I'm not too familiar with PS painting but I'm trying to learn about tools and effects. So I pencil sketched a demon head, took a picture of it and tried playing with different things in PS.

That looks awesome, except the forehead, don't know what's going on there.

Thanks! The empty spots are for horns. My goal wasn't to finish everything out, just to play around with things like transform, liquify, and see what the different layer and brush settings did.

A random warmup. A protagonist for a long-off project. Hammer design TBD.

It takes a special mind to come up with something like this.

This is really cool. I love the weight the hammer conveys, and the character design itself is simple, colorful, and expressive. Nice work, really.

First are some drawings I did: This one is a background I am making for my computer ATM. This one is still WIP. I thought I would share what I have, im tired of lurking and all feedback is appreciated! Hopefully they arent too big/small. I used a image uploader I couldnt figure out how to link from my dropbox and get it to not be just a link. Ps.. I like drawing floaty tree islands. dont judge

Ahh Catghost :0 That is just so dope. I love the subtlety in which you add depth.
Thomas Finch just lovely. First one is my fav, the the second seems really complex.
@Chris MacAdam. Cool! Maybe next time post a little bigger so I can see them from the forum better :D For your second image, I think you could definitely increase the size of your brush for filling in your grass area -And think a bit more about the vegetation. I like the idea of creeping plants hanging over the island borders -using a little reference would go a long way ( like willow trees)
