Fucking around scribbling and sketching. Nice to be able to use pencils again, the complications from my spinal surgery made it a very difficult process but it is finally starting to let up and I am able to get back into the groove again.  |

I'm glad to hear your recovery is going well! I REALLY like the way you texture with lines, I've always really liked that sort of stuff and you pull it off well. You also have great control over eyes and proportions.  |

No actually, though I wouldn't put it past myself to make fanart of Jack. The character's name is Marks and his creation dates back to (roughly) 3 years ago. He's a character in a series wherein he and his buddy Spencer solve paranatural crimes as 'the ghost gumshoes'. The concept of the character was to rely on a basic shape so that the character could easily be recognised, with influences from Don Patch and Spawn so that the character could look 'both intimidating and silly'. Although I do see the resemblance to Jack, it was not intentional (also I really dig cartoon skulls more than a bit)   initially Marks had longer teeth and his facial features were overall more blocky but I rounded everything out to make him appear more friendly. Sorry for the long wall of text, but I hope this avoids confusion |
