Thank you! Finished up the Skull Boy: Great style! Can you share with us some insight into your workflow? I believe you use vectors to make there, but I might be wrong

I do start with vector version. I built all the shapes and basic colors in illustrator. I separate the body parts just incase I decide i want to animate these guys. In photoshop I use clipping masked layers and a soft dark brush to paint in some shadow values.

This is a very intimidating forum to post art, with so many great artists and all. But I'm really happy with my very first contact with charcoal so I don't care :D I never even considered charcoal before. For me there was painting (which I never did besides digital) and simple pencil drawing. But charcoal is awesome! it's much more like painting than I thought, because you don't make lines, (unless you want to) you make volumes. So I'm excited about it. A generic goblin and an orc. The orc is from reference (I wanted something shiny to test the white pencil) This is a mangled version of Nathan Fowkes' portrait of Clark Alan. He made a video talking about how he made it and I tried to make something looking at it and listening to his advices. I can't get realistic proportions right so I just made a cartoony dude, since at the moment I'm not interested on that aspect. Too bad the photos are terrible. I may be an amateur but it still looks better than that

No need to be intimidated diegzumillo, I think your drawings are pretty well done! Halloween picture of a friend and some Undertale fan art, with me trying to draw in a Ghibli-esque style

Raku, the colors... Wow.
Do you work on traditional media or directly on the computer? You have clean lines and lovely colors. Great stuff!

Hie everyone. In order to start somewhere in here, i"d like first to post some art regarding Eden, the game i'm doing. I'm going very soon to start a topic in the art section, to show a bit more of it and get feedback on it. Here it goes : This is our main character : Two enemies : Let me know your impressions. More about my art in here : http://bornesdelaconscience.blogspot.fr/

I like the main character. The images are pretty cool and surrealist but the two enemies are not very visually striking. That is, I like the images but not the enemies character concept. The main character is fine because it's completely dark with some faint lighter parts here and there, which implies shape that my brain tries to fill in. That doesn't happen with the enemies, their shape is very much exposed but not super interesting. But keep in mind 'interesting' is a very subjective term. The fact they barely have any form, symmetry, visual landmarks etc, is what bothers me but could very well be your intention and serve a more important purpose than being appealing at first sight.

Thanks you diegzumillo I will think of that superexposed shape vs blurry ones. Have I got your remark right?

Long time, no post, I know, but I just made a short video with some of the game demos and unfinished stuff I've created over the years, so I thought I'd share.
