nice kobold! but what is it doing?
Point taken. I wanted somewhat of a "this is what a Kobold looks like, straight outta the monster manual"-feel to it but I can certainly agree, should have throw in some kind of visual story. ( five wonderful words I'll remember, thanks man )

This is finished. I think. I reckon the skin texture could do with a bit of work; it's kind of nondescript as it is. Maybe some higher contrast and a ever-so-light dusting of specular highlights to make the scales look a little more reptilian? Everything else - particularly the armour - is excellent though.

This reminds me of a game my father and brothers and I used to play, where one of us drew a random line in any fashion we like, and the other(s) had to make a picture out of it without editing the original line at all. Pretty fun game even now, if you've got art nerd friends.

@Zulaan NICE! how was that done, if you done mind me asking? I used GIMP and I basically just rendered in "flames" and overlayed some other images to make it look cool. It looks like it would be hard but it's really not.

I think Gimp uses their open source flame algorithm. So that's probably why they look similar A background a made a while ago...
