man I like your stuff but I swear it'd be like a bajillion times better if you took the time to make sure shit was an even coat of black or grey or whatever instead of having that super visible opacity layering all over everything. Your insistence on not correcting this makes me think your monitor's broken, or maybe I'm the only one who cares but jeeze that grates against my sight-pleasure somethin' fierce. |

Well, actually I just filled shapes from photo first and then shaded them just by looking into original. The reason I'm doing that atm is to get more familiar with digital painting to speed up the process enough. My main barrier atm is digital workflow so I figured this would be fastest way to learn it and only later focus on other aspects of painting,
