Finished a little project I started several weeks ago- 3D models in Swift 3D and hand-drawn animation in Flash. A little rough, but overall I'm terribly pleased with how it came out. You can check it out here:

Trying a new style. Not great, but has some potential.

And sereneworx; great, as always.

Jrsquee, that woman looks almost exactly like my sister.

AND CALIBER. Oh, Caliber.
That is fantastic, it has such... character and feel. I find that often people forgo the personality that comes with really expressing yourself in brush/pen/pencil strokes in favour of a more refined approach —something I find to make artworks look almost.. dead— but you've harnessed the character of your medium fantastically.
I especially like the contrast of the white against the orange of the... is it board, or just paper?

Hey thanks sereneworx,  I did it on paper.  And i agree, there is something great about the small details of paper and how the lines look when using pencil.  Its difficult to digitally replicate all the unintended marks that happen from your hand smudging the ink or graphite and that adds alot of character to the work.  I was really happy with that smudge that happened on the bottom when i picked it up one time, its something that never would have happened if i started digitally.

Here's an animation I just finished putting together. Animating by hand is so much fun.  Ive only animated in pixel and it feels great to have the freedom to animate and give life to every detail like the fingers and bend of the feet. You may have to give it a second to load  Wink (Its not perfect i would have liked the timing/anticipation for some parts to be a bit better but im satisfied for my first attempt)
