i have never played a halo or a CoD

I think that's a little sad, I know there has formed an irksome bro culture around the franchises now but there's a reason these games become that popular and commonly cloned in the first place.

CoD4 is probably still one of the best examples of pacing in videogames and the as for the original Halo game, well, it's difficult now to see just how far ahead of it's time it was in so many ways
 
It was novel enough to define the trend of the industry for the following decade, that's a powerful impact

It's finally playable on the PS3 (as in, they've worked down the glitches enough that you can actually play 5-10 matches before your system locks up again) however for whatever reason people on the PS3 and XBOX360 can't access their gold camouflage once they've earned it, which is pretty shitty (I want my Argus gold damn it! ).

Other than all that, yeah it is turning out to be a blast. The silenced/long barreled/rapid fire Argus shotgun is hilariously fun. I can cause so much chaos and confusion with it. My wife's rocking the Man O' War assault rifle.
