So, I made a RPG for the Indie Game Maker Contest. The link to the game is http://contest.rpgmakerweb.com/game/view/id/586 but here's my prefabricated description:

“When you have the ultimate glass cannon, victory is only seconds away; if you survive that long.”

Introducing “Victory in Seconds,” a game tuned toward the hardcore turn-based RPG enthusiast. Be prepared for enemies to dish out several tons of hurt, but if you survive until one of your party members prepares her ultimate spell, you will wipe everyone out in one shot. To increase your odds of survival, there is also a timed block system, where pressing at button at the right time will reduce damage (like in Super Mario RPG / Paper Mario series).

Here's the story: When Warlord Ringold's army invades the village of Argo, Aliss calls out to the gods for deliverance. She becomes the avatar of Sepp, the god of wrath, and destroys the cursed army. Now she and her friends have arrived at Ringold's fortress, and are about to put an end to everything.

Features
A challenging combat system with quick enemy encounters – Thank the heavens!
A story of friendship, sacrifice, and betrayal – There are twists!
Active Timed Block system, where button prompts reduce damage – Extra interaction!
Retro visuals for nostalgia and justice – Whatever!

Thanks for anyone and everyone that read this far! I'll be eagerly awaiting comments (although it might take me a while to get back on internet...)

Peace,
Allan
