Hi Everyone!
This is my current project, platformer controller for Unity3D.
I'm trying to make a "precise" movement, inspired by old school platformers.

You can check whole progress here:

It's still quite rough, with bunch of work to be done, but if you have any suggestions please write.

Cheers!

The skeleton seems to be in place and it's completely functional. My suggestion now would be to expose all (and only) the relevant parameters so you can tweak it easily without code for each project you use it.

Yeah, that's what I've already done, for example, running speed, jump height, gravity etc. Smiley

This is really good, the only thing that feels slightly off to me is the wall jumping (it requires too much precision with keys pressing).

Any plans to sell it on the Asset Store? It's far better than all of the Platformer controllers and demos I've seen there.

Thanks for the reply, yes, hopefully, I'll get it on a Asset Store when it's done, but there is still bunch of work.

Also, I'll be using it in my current game project too.

About the wall jumping, I've made a variable, like a time frame where player can press jump button to jump of wall, so it can be tweaked to make it easier. But still, I don't want to make it too easy because it would ruin the game.
