With a character as round as this I would love to see him roll down slopes instead of sliding. I like this though, reminds me of those little ball maze puzzles you could get from Happy Meals at McDonalds. In a good way!

Why not just hand animate the rolling and then iterate through the frames based on movement? Hell, you could make a convincing role animation with just 8 frames.

@ absolute8 That's not a bad idea, but I like the squashy body. Maybe I will add a power up where you get fat and then I'll roll that one @ beeglebug Thanks! I added a key that is also a weapon. Haha no ones ever done that before hehe I'm the first one ha

Here's a new feature I sort of perfected In my method of creating gifs I dont have full control of the colors, so I'm going to have to simplify the colors a bit

This looks fun. I totally agree about the static figure its the first thing I thought of. Even if he starts flapping his arms as soon as he leaves the platform. That glitchness looks awesome! Tell me your secrets!

@Slader16 Sorry no, I don't quite understand shaders yet. One day I will have to sit down and learn some OpenGL or what ever the shaders are written in so I can have fun and manipulate it the same way I do with surfaces.
@absolute8 Right, after seeing nt's animation my character does look really lifeless and I do wanna have it roll or something
@nt Yeah that roll animation is really awesome. I like the flat tire hop it does!
