What is the best way to kickstart a game that will run on mobiles as well as PC?  How do you handle pre-orders for the mobile app?  Is it better to kickstart the PC game, give that out for pre-release, then do the mobile release later?

The game is a combat-heavy roguelike platformer, think Spelunky meets Super Smash Brothers.

I know there are ways around it, but we decided giving out pre-orders for the mobile versions was going to be too problematic. Its feasible to kickstart the PC version, it probably does hurt you in terms of making your goal though.
