Serious writer looking to start projects

Hey guys, just wanted to start by saying I'm new to this site and I've never done this before so here it goes...

I want to get into video game writing. I have many ideas and a few stories/series ideas that I put thousands of hours in to. I have pages of story lines here just waiting to be created into something much bigger and I need to either start up a team or find one that is already out there. I'm 100% serious about this and will put the time and hard work into anything. Besides writing, I also can create music which I have done in the past. I've been playing in a band since I was 13 and it was my life. I can piece together art with music/audio... What I'm saying is that I need to get started and I want somebody/some people to join me to start up a company to create kickass, successful video games with.
