Blaster Girl ship design.  This was inspired by Niklas Jansson's tiny Metroid ship.  The ship can collapse for flight mode or expand to mech/fighting mode.  I'm thinking it shows up in cut scenes and that the ship is not a playable character.

Pretty cool looking. I take it we're going for a nostalgic retro atmosphere, but obviously I can't gather much past that; you haven't offered much info yet...  Concerned

Here is a prototype of the game.  Trying to get a feel for what direction I want to go in.  This is my 3rd game and I am undecided if this is the one where I try a more ambitious scope than my previous 2 games.
