Now that Smash is out I'm looking forward to MGS Ground Zeroes on Steam now, finally has an official release date of 18th December 2014.

The only AAA games I'm really interested in are Civilisation: Beyond Earth and Elite...
The rest are a combonation of Indie games I'll either buy on day one, or have Kickstarted which will come online in the next 6-12 months :D

I'm with you there. In addition to that I have a hard time figuring out what in the world is happening at any given moment. I love fighting games, but Smash Bros always seemed overly spastic.
Definitely easier to follow than MVC2.

Does the new Smash Bros have a slow motion setting? I'd consider it on WiiU if you can play it 15-30% slow motion, it just looks way too fast paced and execution-heavy (and thus too random) for me.

Slow-motion Smash U is called "Melee." It's available for GameCube, still.
I know it LOOKS execution-heavy, based on experience with other fighting or brawling games... but the controls are retardedly simple and very responsive. Those dashing-spurts you see in high level play? Hold block, tap left or right. Not even double-tap! Not sure which special move lifts you up? Try "up + special," because that's... pretty much always it. Even running in the game isn't double-tap running, that's just their basic movement speed.
Borrow a xDS from a friend, set the enemies to computer Lv. 2-4, and just fiddle with it a bit. You'll get a flow with your characters, and there ya go. It's actually just boring when it's NOT going that fast.

ok although i agree that smash bros is good when fast melee is easily still the fastest in the series if 3DS is anything to judge wii u by

i kinda want natural doctrine for vita. reviews complaining about "steep learning curves" and "complexity" piqued my interest.

Quadrilateral Cowboy - My #1 most anticipated game. I love everything that comes from Blendo Games. The Witness - Another highly anticipated game. Love the concept of adventure+puzzle, and it's Jonathan Blow, so it's gonna rock. Firewatch - A bunch of all-stars are making this game, and the concept seems fresh and engaging.

Bans don't delete the account. Conker must have deleted his account himself.
Unfortunately, when you delete your account you stop people from finding your last posts!
He didn't post anything in the Witch Princess thread (which he closed sometime in August).

Dunno. If I had to guess I'd say it's a voluntary escape to focus on school/career, but I have absolutely no evidence this is the reason.

Also, Borderlands the Pre-Sequel came out today, so now I'm waiting for La-Mulana 2 and Frog Fractions 2, whichever comes first.
