I haven't noticed any increase in productivity between being dressed or not dressed.

However, I noticed a HUGE increase in productivity when I gave myself defined work hours. Without define work hours, I end up stressing too much if I'm working enough. Setting aside 8 hours a today to work no matter what helps me reduce distractions (both created by myself and from other people trying to talk to me) and allows me not to stress about not working enough.
